Cette grande maison de plus de 500 mètres carre possede un large terrain, et est situee dans le quartier residentiel de Umalas, à 10 minutes de la plage de Canggu et à 12 minutes de Seminyak avec ses restaurants, bar, magazins…..
Avec ses hauts plafonds et grandes ouvertures, la Angola Villa offre une dimension de calme et de relaxation.
La Angola Villa est idéale pour les familles avec enfants ; son grand jardin (avec filet de Badmington), grande piscine (avec tobogant), sa salle de jeu (TV, jeu video wii…) fait le plaisir des petits comme des grands.
La villa peu acceillir confortablement 12 personnes.
La villa possède une tres agréable angola avec cuisine et salle a manger exterieure, en supplement de la cuisine et salle à manger interieure. Deux larges salles de bain sont equipees chacune avec baignoire Jaccuzi ainsi que d’une douche. Une tres agreable douche exterieure est egalement offerte.
Le prix de la location, inclu un staff de 6 personnes : Une cuisinière pour vous faire des plats locaux ou europeens, deux femmes de menage (menage, lessive, repassage…..) un jardinier, un personne pour entretenir et nettoyer la piscine et un gardien de nuit.
Climatisation, WiFi, Flat screen TV, DVD players, Wii, machine a laver le linge, deux frigidaires……….Tout est la pour votre confort.
