The Viva villa in Kerobokan on the island of Bali offer an ultimate “private guest house” experience. They are a temporary all-purpose home-away-from-home both for a short stopover and for a longer stay. On the boundary between city and countryside its location is not far from the shops, the restaurants of Seminyak and the sunset beach, yet it is a perfect base for adventures into the heartland of Bali.

The property consists of six units in a two bedroom family configuration, each with private kitchen facilities, garden and plunge pool, complemented by an intimate cafe’s-style restaurant adjacent to a common pool and game area. The Viva Villa complex has an exceptionally well equipped Fitness Centre. It is situated twenty minutes from the international airport and five minutes from the dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities of Seminyak. The Viva Villas combine the privacy and tranquility of a secluded boutique hotel with the convenience of being close to the buzz of a vibrant leisure destination.

Each villa covers 285 square meters of tropical gardens and has two 25 square meter air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bath. A covered terrace situated between the bedrooms, cooled by a ceiling fan, includes a dining room table, seating eight, and a lounge area with tropical furniture. Behind the terrace, a kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, mid-sized refrigerator, hot and cold mineral water dispenser, and a full set of cooking utensils and tableware.

Each villa has a 32 cm flat-screen television with “Astro” satellite, an IDD telephone, wireless internet, and safety box. A traditional “bale” in the garden seats four. Adjacent to this gazebo there is a small plunge pool.

The Viva Cafe’s is where we choose the tastiest ingredients and let them shine. Small, casual, and friendly this restaurant is at the heart of the common area. The menu offers a signature blend of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine while our staff is also available 24 hours a day in case you prefer private in-room dining. The Viva Cafe’s overlooks the swimming pool and is surrounded by lounge pavilions. Here you also find a games room, a putting green, a golf driving range, and a small lawn to play the French “petanque” or “jeu de boules” game. This is the heart of our village’s.

Located at the rear of the Villas, Viva MindBody is the place where physical fitness, nutrition, and relaxation can all be found under one roof. The Fit Boutique, complimentary for in house guests, offers a productive and personal place to exercise and train, away from the intimidation and crowds of other gyms in the area. Here one can fully concentrate on an intensive workout, free of hassle and worry.

The Viva Villas and Spa is a family-oriented property where we cater to both parents and children with equal importance. We offer a wide range of children’s activities but if parents at Viva crave a few hours of rest and relaxation our reliable babysitting service can also give them that wonderful little break when it is needed.
