The Villa
Opened March 2004 – 7 private luxurious and comfortable western style 2 & 3 bedroom villas.

Balik Villa has 4 x 2BR (2 bedroom) & 3x 3BR (3 bedroom) villas. Please select the type of villa you require based on the number of beds needed, that way you & your guests will be properly accommodated.

Each 2BR villa: 1 bedroom has a queen bed and to facilitate siblings & non partners staying, in all 2BR villas the queen bed in the 2nd bedrooom if required can be split into 2 king single beds.

Each 3BR villa: 1 bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd has a queen bed and to facilitate siblings & non partners staying, in all villas the queen bed in the 3rd bedroom if required can be split into 2 king single beds.

One extra single bed can be added to any villa if required.

Villa Services
STAFF:
Each Balik Villa has a room maid who will prepare your breakfast from 8:00am. At the same time the gardener and pool attendant will service the pool and garden area. After breakfast the maids will make up the bedroom and leave you to your privacy. (If you require these services later than 8:00am please advise the office.

SECURITY:
All Balik Villa are equipped with electronic safes. Contact the office should you require assistance with the operating instructions. There are 4 security guards to secure the Balik Villa – around the clock. Please leave your villa key at the office whenever you leave the villas.

LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING:
A laundry basket is located in your bedroom , please place garments for laundry in the basket. Complete the laundry price list with name, Balik Villa number and signature. Your room maid will pick up the laundry and it should be ready within 24 hours. It can also be completed within 12 hours, should you require.

TRANSPORT:
A complimentary transfer is provided to and from the airport. Excellent Bali Taxi service, English speaking Driver & Car or Car Rental also available, please contact the office and they will be happy to assist you.

ENTERTAINMENT:
A wide selection of DVD’s and books are available from the office. In each villa bedroom, 50 Satellite Channel TV includes: HBO, Cinemax, Star Movies, Hallmark, AXN, Animax, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Animal Planet, Discovery, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, MTV, ESPN, CNBC, CNN, BBC, ABC.

SWIMMING POOL & BABY-SITTING:
Guests are asked to always take appropriate safety measures. Parents please always ensure your children are constantly supervised in the swimming pool. The office can assist you with your baby-sitting needs. Please advise us of your requirements one day in advance.

AIRLINE BOOKING & RECONFIRMATION:
We will be happy to assist you with your flight bookings, reconfirmation and other airline information. Please note that it is advisable to re-confirm all airline reservations 72 hours prior to departure. For assistance with luggage handling, please contact the office.

OFFICE SERVICES:
Please contact the office should you require any of the following: Secretarial Service. Wake Up Call. Mail Service. Courier Service. Internet Service. Fax service. All messages will be delivered to your villa as soon as they received. All major currencies can be exchanged.

GENERAL SERVICES:
A range of electrical adapters & some spare mobile phone chargers are available through the office. Bali electrical current = 220 Volt, 50 Cycles. Each villa is equipped with a hair dryer located in the wardrobe. Should you require medical assistance, please advise the office. After office hours please contact security for their assistance.

Spa and Massage
Balik Villa have available a team of masseurs and treatment personnel, who can provide bali massage services ranging from full body to face and scalp massage to bali spa treatments including facials, manicure and pedicure depending on your individual requirement.

These bali massages and bali spa treatments are all carried out in the comfort and convenience of your own villa. Via the office you can arrange times to suit your itinerary.

The alternative is to visit one of the established spas in close proximity to Balik Villa. Most spa services and products are indigenous or native to Bali. Incorporating treatments that are both traditional and classic. Treatments vary, but most spas offer relaxing massages, rejuvenating facials, invigorating body scrubs, and stimulating wraps. Many spas also have full service salons.
