Accommodation
Kapas Villa is a two story residence which has been architecturally designed incorporating local material such as alang alang thatch roofing, traditional timbers and local stonework. There are two luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with ‘super king size’ four-poster beds and beautifully appointed ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen and large open plan living areas. The living areas have glass bi-fold doors and can either be fully enclosed and air-conditioned, or left totally open to enjoy your own private walled garden which is enhanced by the lush tropical garden and private swimming pool.

The expansive terraces, both upstairs and downstairs, are flanked by gardens, water features and pools. So you can choose to relax, soak up the sun, swim, have a massage in the bale, or walk down the small path alongside these villas onto Seminyak Beach to watch the sunset.
