We are pleased to announce we now have two (2) villas, Sanitasi 1 (new renovated) and Sanitasi 2. Villas are side by side. So for large families and group bookings, this is ideal.

Sanitasi Villa are in the hub of Seminyak. Close to Restaurants, Clothes, Souvenir shops, Beach and supermarkets.

The villas themself are Villa Sanitasi 1, 3 large airconditioned bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom slightly smaller. The “red” bedroom has an indoor-outdoor bathroom and the ‘Blue” and “Green” bedrooms share an indoor-outdoor bathroom. Sanity 2, 3 large airconditioned bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom is slightly smaller. If required we can provide 2 extra roll out single beds . All linen is supplied.

Sanitasi Villa 1 & 2 have a kitchen which is fully equipped with 4 gas stove, large refridgerator, bottled water (supplied), plus plates, glasses, saucepans, etc. Both Villas have Bali Style (no airconditioning) Family room, dining room and kitchen areas with very high ceilings and open plan. Both Villas have plasma TV’s, Indovision (Fox) and wireless internet (pay as you use).

Sanitasi Villa 1 and 2 have swimming pools which are unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times. It must be remembered that both villa living areas are open plan and cannot be locked for children, so once again children must be supervised.

A complimentary pack of tea, coffee, milk, soft drinks, bintan, toilet paper, water and soap is provided for guests. This is to get you started, so you can relax after your flights.

Sanitasi Villa 1 and 2 are completely private and secure and even though in the hub of Seminyak very quiet and relaxing.

Both Villas have a cleaner 6 days per week. There duties are to clean, change beds and bath towels, cook breakfast if required (this cost is not included in villa rates – but very reasonable). There hours are 8am to 12 noon, Monday to Saturday.

If you are going to have a celebration, birthday party or just a social gathering, catering can also be provided. Just speak to Kadek the Villas Manager.

A laundry service can be provided for guests at a very reasonable cost.

If required, tours can be arranged and motor bike hire also available at very competative rates.

Airport pick up and drop off’s are also provided for up to 4 people. Any more transport required must be paid for by guests. Taxi’s are very reasonable.
