Baladua Villa boasts a beautiful pool and tropical garden in which guests can relax, read, listen to music or simply chill. The stunning 11 metre pool has been designed to suit guests who want to swim lengths or just cool off. Bedside the pool is a decked terrace with ample room for sun bathing. For those wishing to escape the heat of the day, Baladua’s Villa poolside day bed is hard to resist. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the day bed incorporates an upholstered mattress with the option to direct music to this outdoor area.

Baladua Villa has two spacious lounges, one on the ground floor open to the poolside, the other on the first floor annexed to the upstairs bedroom. Both lounges are equipped with flat screen plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD and surround sound system. The main downstairs lounge is open onto the dining area and offers the option to close concertina glass doors for those who prefer an air conditioned environment.

The living and dining areas are both tastefully furnished in contemporary style. There is a choice of dining areas, both inside and out. A formal dining area or outside balcony are perfect for dining in the main villa, while alternative dining and BBQ areas are provided poolside. The modern western style kitchen is fully equipped and includes hobb, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, mixer etc. A BBQ is located in the garden. A baby high chair is available if required.

This villa has four en-suite double bedrooms, each beautifully designed and furnished to provide a real sense of space and calm. Towards the rear of the property, the poolside wing houses three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and opens onto to its own private balcony.

The master bedroom incorporates a small safe for securing valuables. A small study is located on the upper floor beside the master bedroom for those who require a private working area. Two further double bedrooms are located on the ground floor below, with direct access to the poolside. One bedroom has its own private terrace overlooking rice fields, the other bedroom overlooks the pool.

All three bedrooms have a plasma TV, DVD and satellite TV. A fourth en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor above the main lounge. Ideally suited for teenage children or an accompanying guest, this double bedroom opens onto the upstairs lounge, also equipped with plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD and surround sound system.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, beautifully finished in wall-to-wall marble, with separate shower and toilet. Two bathrooms also benefit from having a large bathtub. All bedrooms are fitted with LG Art Cool Plasma air con. The Villa is connected via a PABX exchange so it’s easy for guests to keep in touch. A baby cot is available, if required.
