The property is the companion villa of Jyoti Villa and it shares the same staff, parking, security facility, and a lot of the same personalized services. Linas Villa has its own separate pool and kitchen. This tropical retreat is delightful and private: an ideal venue to escape from one’s hectic lifestyle, or simply as a destination for holistic relaxation. We guarantee guests a high degree of privacy, attention to detail, in an environment of unpretentious ambiance.

With all that it offers (rented on its own or in combination with Jyoti Villa), Linas Villa provides a great escape from mundane reality and a doorway into the fascinating, beautiful and mystical island of Bali.”

Accommodation
Linas Villa has two air-conditioned double bedrooms (4 guests) with en-suite bathrooms

Daily housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff is on service all day and will manage their schedule according to your needs.
Our on-site manager, Nyoman Putra, can organise your special requirement for extra staff when necessary, such as barbecues, dinner parties, etc.
The security staff will also be delighted to help you around.
Please do not hesitate to contact them when you require assistance!

Food and Meals
If you wish to eat in, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. For an extra charge, you can make arrangements with our on-site manager to prepare occasional lunches or dinners. We have a full-time chef on staff and her culinary expertise is not limited to Indonesian cuisine. We will do what we can to accommodate your requests.
We can also arrange your dinner parties or barbecues upon request! (up to 20 guests max.)

Laundry and dry cleaning service
There is a laundry basket in each bathroom for you to use. This service is included in your rate (except for dry cleaning items) and your laundered goods will be returned the next day.
Please ensure to relay any special instructions so that your goods are handled properly – particularly silks and delicate fabrics.

Baby-sitting services
Our guests have often hired the housekeeping staff to watch over your young ones when you want a bit of time on your own. Ketut, Dayu have been working at the villa for over 5 years and they have children of their own. Kids love them.!
Please liaise directly with Ketut!

24 hour security
Linas Villa has four fully trained security guards and they patrol the estate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Swimming pools
The pool is cleaned and sanitized every morning and the staff will provide towels for your convenience.
Please ensure that children are supervised at all times and be aware that pools are shallow in some areas.
Diving is not recommended!

Gardens
Bandot takes care of the manicured gardens on a daily basis.

Telephone facilities
The house has a telephone in almost every room and an intercom system. You will not be charged for local calls. You will be charged for long distance calls. Phone cards that can be used with your mobile phone are available for international calls. Please ask Nyoman or the security guard on duty if you want to purchase one. International access can also be provided through the main phone on request. Payment of your phone usage will be made upon departure.

Linas Villa is an elegant and unpretentious Balinese two bedroom villa located in a secluded area of Umalas, a quiet and peaceful village on the outskirts of Seminyak. Moments away are the temples and villages of rural Bali and the contemporary attractions and beaches of Legian, with its many upmarket bars and restaurants.
